Rustic luxury At The Perch Bangalow

Less than 10 minutes out of the beautiful town of Bangalow on the NSW North Coast you’ll find the perfect country escape, The Perch. A blend of rustic luxury meets tuscan vibes over looking the beautiful tranquil hinterland hills. While being only a stones throw away from the white sand beaches and entertainment of Byron Bay.

The Perch Bangalow, Byron Bay Hinterland accommodation

A great spot for a couples escape. We loved the open plan main house with its large kitchen and living space. With the grassy back yard flowing out onto views of the rolling countryside. The weekend we stayed was quite rainy and cool & the fireplace was perfect to cosy up in the evenings.

The main house has a bright sun lit loft with the master bedroom. The small sun bed in the adjacent room, just right for catching up on that book and cups of tea.

If your looking to unwind some more the vintage bathtub will surely soak away all your worries. The large outdoor shower is also a treat, listening to the morning birds or an evening shower under a starlit sky.

Over our weekend we luckily got a few breaks in the weather & made the most of the outdoor dining area & some picnics in the grassy backyard.

If you’re planning a stay as a group at The Perch Bangalow there’s also a sleep out cabin with its own living space, kingsize bed and deck.

Our Tip: For dining out don’t go past these local gems just down the road in Bangalow:

  • Corner Kitchen – for exceptional Italian and great weekend pizzas
  • Bangalow Bread Co for mouthwatering bakery treats
  • Woods Cafe for your morning pick me up

You can book the Perch Bangalow via Byron Beach abodes.
